  • Monitoring

    Monitoring progress with individualized service plan (ISP) objectives, symptom monitoring, and care coordination.

  • Advocacy

    Advocate to obtaining helpful resources through community -based organizations, attend criminal and children's services hearings.

  • Eliminate Barriers

    Assist in identifying ways to eliminate barriers by implementation of coping skills, identifying resources for transportation, and address symptoms, behaviors, and thought processes that assist in achieving re-entry, independence, and healthy relationships.

  • Education

    Education for self-advocacy, setting boundaries, independent living skills, support systems, socialization skills, general communication, realistic goal-setting to achieve basic needs.

  • Coordination & Linkage

    Coordination of appointments, housing, food, utilities, community services, service-based providers, and healthcare providers.

  • Empowerment & Skill Building

    Skills building toward independent living, coping, calming techniques, time management, budgeting, parenting, fitness, and more.

  • Personal Care

    Bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housework, and transportation. 

  • Healthy Living

    Group (classes) for cooking basic meals, handling your healthcare, pays bills, staying on budget, personal hygiene, childcare, fitness and more.

  • Self-Care

    Meditation, hobbies, sleep hygiene, aromatherapy, muscle relaxation, reading, journaling, and more.

Kimberly Handegard, QMHS,CM is a Qualified Mental Health Specialist & Case Manager, treating all ages 6-65+ years with various needs in an environment that is safe, comfortable, and confidential.
